Absolutely fine. Wouldve been perfect with the option of POI search at the destination.

Its like the most basic thing - why is the app not downloading ???

Only updates from iTunes. The only way I saw this was: I went to open a support ticket, there was a warning on the developers web site. Thats after I deleted the app and lost all my data. Dont delete the app, upgrade from iTunes.

It will not update so I deleted the app and now I cant reinstall it. This last update messed up the app so its unusable.

I paid for nothig. The last date can not be install

I thought it was me, but I cant download either.

Ladies and Gents, I had a problem downloading the update, so I followed the instructions I got through their website which was simply downloading the update and installing the app through my laptop iTunes. As per the developers this is a glitch which is temporary. Unfortunately these issues do occasionally happen. My app is now working as perfect as it ever was.

The "free" version of Co-Pilot seems to have become too complicated to update

This App use very nice and easy to read Maps. Always up to date every 4 months. I use it 10hrs a day since 2010. Use it mostly on iPad mini. They update the App twice a year and it come with Major Bugs every time!! Expect 6 months before a fix and other New Bugs :(. I would give 5 stars on a Bug free Co-Pilot. I did stop to report problems. I have learn to leave with them.

Best gps, update took a week but it got done and is very useful and easy to use

Apple fixed the install bug and everything works again. Great app. Just wish voice guidance and traffic were free (like most GPS apps...Apple, Google, etc.).

This new version is much better and more user friendly than the previous V8 version. I like it much better.

Wouldnt let me download before but now it works. Great GPS app, mainly for the offline maps so I dont eat up my data

I’m a Courier. I’ve come to rely on this app almost everyday at work. It’s multi-stop feature is an asset to me. Going about from stop to stop to stop in a new place is made very convenient to me with Copilot. Mapping out and pinpointing an efficient ruote helps out incredibly. When it finds a line that’ll cut me across what I thought was a long distance to drive, I’ll find myself saying “Oh wow. It’s distance calculator / timer helps a lot too. It keeps me running on schedule and never running behind. That being said - The App has so many bugs, issues, problems, etc that it can become unusable at times. The first and biggest issue is with the maps themselves. Addresses are often incorrect. Sometimes the app will have correct addresses on the map, but they will not be able to be found when searched. Sometimes the addresses are in the incorrect location. Sometimes they are listed under an incorrect district and not the one searched. Some streets don’t have addresses on them at all (and they aren’t new either) leaving it up to you to guess which cross street is the closest. And sometimes walking paths / bike paths / trails are listed as drivable streets as well. It’s almost Apple Maps all over again. I’ve often (daily) had to submit Map errors to ALK to be fixed. Ive found that if they are ever fixed, the errors will return a few updates later. Recently, I’ve found the Submit Error option to fail as well and I’ve been unable to send pointed out errors. Another terrible bug I’ve found is that the app will, without warning, remove points on the map you have yet to have visited as if you have. The Recalculate Key at the top (should there be an obstruction or construction or such) will only calculate the same route it has before, almost as if insisting you drive through that barrier. In other features, it presents you with other options. Why not with the recalculate button? With all these bugs, it feels like a slap in the face that they have now added an “Upgrade” Advertisement to pop up before every route calculation. Every time: “Purchase this”. How about you fix all the problems with the basics before I even consider paying for Voice Navigation and ActiveTraffic ALK. Overall, this is an App with great potential. It could be something wonderful; something worth paying for. But until then, it has some growing up to do.

Really great app to have on your phone. I love this app...

I am using the free version of the app and found it to be very decent. My issue is having to press the Recalculate button and I am not sure if the orientation of the map display can be changed (if I am heading on a route, I want the display to show whats ahead of me at the top). It always shows me driving and heading towards the bottom of the display - not very intuitive. Where I have been should be at the bottom. I dont see anything in the Settings to change this.

I like this app and it is feature rich, but it crashes so much that it is useless.

Same like GOP Candidate this is also One of the most useless app - never use again

The app crashes every two seconds, it feels like a rip-off.
